Job Description (75 words or less): Nurturing caregiver and educator; will assist with lesson plan; guide play time and indoor and outdoor activities; diapering and personal care routines; should have experience and knowledge of child development stages; can patiently redirect from any unwanted behaviors. Will assist each child to meet their individual and developmental goals. May assist with small group and large group activities. Will assist with sanitation and cleaning of classroom space.
